Nagambie have come away with a huge win after thrashing Ardmona on the weekend.
The high-scoring game saw Nagambie keep their opponents scoreless for the whole four quarters, resulting in 318-0 at the final siren.
Coach Linc Sullivan said his side was very happy to come away with such a big win.
‘‘We played the way we wanted to ... no disrespect to them but they’re just lacking the man power at the moment,’’ he said.
‘‘We had our best midfield set up which was unfortunate for them, we got them all in together and played pretty well.
‘‘When you have a win like that there are a number of good players.’’
Sullivan praised the team’s first gamers, as well Josh Boyer for his five-goal performance.
‘‘Tyler Richie played well off the back line,’’ he said.
Nagambie will now be looking to their next clash against Violet Town.
‘‘We’re always working to try and get better,’’ Sullivan said.
‘‘We’ll work on our defence which we didn’t get much of a go at looking at ... also just working on trying to win the ball back and score.’’
Nagambie came up with another huge win in the reserves, keeping Ardmona goalless for the entire match. The end score 154-2.
